Step 1:

You start by downloading a FREE set of Client Intake Forms from our website.  Print the forms and have your next client fill them out (they are designed to be consumer-friendly).   Review them with your client for completeness and fax, or mail to Key Source, Legal Document Services.  No Payment is required.

Step 2:

We draft the complete petition (normally within 24-48 hours) and compile a list of additional questions and/or summary analysis to alert you of any potential problems. Fax or email us with instructions on how to proceed and the petition is finalized.

Step 3:

When the petition is complete, your law firm information and Attorney Compensation Statement will be drafted and personalized with your bar number.  The entire petition is converted to PDF format and emailed to you for printing.  The PDF file is also suitable for electronic filing, which we will also do for you if electronic filing is available at your local bankruptcy court.

After your review, if any page or pages within the petition needs to be changed, just let us know. We will immediately revise the affected pages and send them to you in PDF format at no additional charge within a few hours.
